There's this crazy idea floating around that might land on my desk, so
I'm curious how practical it is.

Given a PC user with a microphone, they want a webpage to record audio,
play it back and finally save it to the IFS. I know it's theoretically
possible, since there a complete voice chat clients that run in browsers.
My question is whether this would be practical to do.

Any thoughts?
