We have an RPGLE CGI program. We use Alan Campin's COMPILE utility to store compile parms in our source code.
Yesterday, I instructed another developer on doing CGI programming. He compiled the program to a test environment and it ran fine on our test Apache instance. He copied the program object to our production environment, and it would not even run. The Apache error log shows:
ZSRV_MSG0109: /QSYS.LIB/MYLIB.LIB/mypgm.PGM is not a cgi program: /QSYS.LIB/MYLIB.LIB/mypgm.PGM
I compiled the source and copied the object to production, and it worked fine. He compiled/copied and it failed again. I compiled and he copied, and it worked.
My best idea is that he has different default parms on the compile, but I don't know the best way to find out.
Any ideas?
