Aaron’s already mentioned Profound - Genii is the product you’d need to
screen scrape but Profound UI goes much further.
BCD have Presto as well as tools for building new web apps in RPG or PHP.
Looksoftware, and Rocket both have screen scraping products. Look’s is
probably the most advanced having been around a long time.
There are also many other “scrapers” out there including a “free” one from
Open Legacy but in order for it to be truly free you need to be familiar
with Java and App servers.

Years ago, I think the thing that came closest to what I was looking for
was IBM's HATS product. I haven't heard much marketing around it

marketingI could be wrong on that, but its difficult to sort through the
forspeak to find out how usable it really is. That's why I'm here, asking
listsome overview of what's available and what works with a production--
environment.
