Pfffft on Jade. It's Mustache or nothing!!!
What about needing so many objects/files for just one application...
routes, views, plus everything else. Things get confusing... Then--
there's
the server side js vs client side. :) My head is spinning haha..
And I don't find jade any more intuitive than HTML... but at least it has
includes. :)
I was able to duplicate an app (well, the basic functionality) I have that
generates license keys for our software that is written in RPG to node. I
can't say it was any quicker to develop at all.. but then again RPG is
like
second nature... js I'm pretty good at, but it's the structure of the
routes, views, etc and then jade on top of it... I'm not sold yet, but I
like it better than Ruby so far.

Another small irritant is that you cannot have your web app listen on
multiple ports (like 80 and 443 for SSL). You have to have two (or more)
instances of the app running, or put a proxy in front of it.
