Looks like in April the beta runtimes for Linux and Mac were out.

Nothing production yet that I can see, but several how-to get started sites, even for Mac.

If/When .Net run natively on IBM i then I would agree with you.

Which begs the question... Richard, do you know if anything is in the works on this front now that Microsoft has open sourced .NET?
