Kevin,

I agree, I'm just wondering where, exactly, this setting is in the Apache
Config.

I think it might be a CCSID issue. Presumably your application is coded and compiled in a particular CCSID? If you are in the States then most likely CCSID 37. What CCSID id are the Apache jobs running in in the UK? If you have not forced this in the Apache config, then they will be running in the default CCSID for the box (DSPSYSVAL QCCSID).

Kevin,

The application is reading user profile names. They have @ characters in most of their profiles. These are getting interpreted by our application as a different character.

I think you need to be a bit more specific with regard to the problems
they are having. Does the character look OK to them on the browser
when they key it in, put is incorrect when saved to the database, or
vice-versa? Or are you saying that what they press on the keyboard
is not what they see on the browser?

I have a customer in the UK who is getting some strange keyboard
character transposition problems using one of our applications with
the HTTPS server instance that we sent to him.
Does anyone know how we can modify the server instance to adapt to
the European keyboard. I'm assuming it is something simple ....
perhaps in the Content Settings?
