Mimix only puts the lock on the target machine. It's to stop idiots like
me from changing the file on the target machine when all changes should be
coming from the primary.
I had tried to delete the instance on both the primary and secondary at
the same time. Well, actually, the secondary slightly first.
When I did this on my development pair I got a different error. The
instance doesn't exist. Because at that time I ran the production
slightly first and Mimix passed on the deletion to the target system and
before the target system could process my request to delete it Mimix
already deleted it.
Error: ZUI_50101: The HTTP server named IWADFT cannot be found.
