Re: CSS file not being found -- WEB400

× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

I am curious for the reasoning for mandating no static page?

I have dynamic pages but I still have an .html file just for these kinds of set-up issues, and to handle a browser that does not have javascript enabled.
