If only they'd write the darned documents in English it would be a big
help.
Also turns out that the vendor is none too good at keeping its docs
up-to-date. The test URLs in the docs are no longer live - the download
sites URLs don't work and due to mergers and name changes they have the
same thing under two names ... I think.
Bad enough being a novice without the vendor's active non co-operation.
I'd switch vendors but the others are telling me it will take weeks/months
to get approved and a whole bunch of paperwork.
