Agreed. I did receive a spam email this morning from a refurbishedof the individual or entity to which it is addressed and may contain
systems seller. I wondered if they got my email from this list since its
the only list I use my work email for. I went to their website and asked
how they got my email on the Contact page but haven't gotten a response
yet.

Personally, I think you should publish a banned list / wall of shame
as a further inducement to companies to follow the rules.
I for one would take a company's banishment from midrange.com into
consideration before doing business with them.
