Personally, I think you should publish a banned list / wall of shame
as a further inducement to companies to follow the rules.

I for one would take a company's banishment from midrange.com into
consideration before doing business with them.

Anyone caught collecting email addresses or sending UCE will have their entire company banned from all midrange.com lists.
