ZendServer CE install fails on savf upload

Hi all,

Am working through the install of ZendServer CE and have run across the
following error while using the Windows Installer(see last line):


CHKOBJ OBJ(QGPL/ZINSTCSAVF) OBJTYPE(*FILE)
CLRSAVF FILE(QGPL/ZINSTCSAVF)
FTP transfer save file to IBM i.
Restoring savefile objects.
CALL PGM(QGPL/ZINSTC)
Retrieve JOBLOG.
CALL PGM(QGPL/ZINSTC0001)
Retrieve JOBLOG.
CHKOBJ OBJ(QGPL/ZSVRSAVF) OBJTYPE(*FILE)
CLRSAVF FILE(QGPL/ZSVRSAVF)
FTP transfer save file to IBM i.
Ftp file transfer was not executed.TCP/IP connection error 10053


I have tried it twice and received this both times after only a couple
minutes of it uploading the savf. The below link from IBM just tells me to
keep trying it (i.e. look for 10053), but I was hoping they would tell me
something like "change your FTP timeout to be higher" or something like
that.
