The Terms and Conditions in the Partner in Development program prohibits
this type of use.

What makes you say that? Was there a particular clause in the agreement that
Aaron posted? What is the difference between a non-profit cooperative becoming
a member of PID and a commercial ISV? As far as IBM is concerned, isn't the
point to develop approved applications for resell, which help IBM i and Power
sales?
