A year ago I was doubtful about the direction you were going with RPGUI,but I've since come around to see value in it. These sample applets with
Sencha clients interacting with RPG servers do add a new perspective to IBM
i Web development. Thanks for sharing.
You're welcome, and I am glad you see the value in it. I have done web
development using a number of different frameworks (Java and PHP mostly) and
have come to find that I only want the framework to do stuff "magically" in
some areas. If they do "magic" in too many areas then when exceptions come
into play they are really hard to work around and implement.
Very cool concerning AppsOni and Nuvek. Agreed, it is good to see more
people realizing the great stuff and going public with it. Now we just need
to fix the access to IBM i issue and we will be all set to better promote it
:-)
