I guess so, but I have also success with my 95/5 % rule and that is
with programmers who's comfort zone is QCLSRC and QRPGSRC ;-)

I guess we will just have to agree to disagree because I have had solid
success with the 80/20 rule. I guess whatever works for our customers is
what we should continue to pursue and keep honing our processes to meet
