Turns out my solution was to set the "HotBackup" directive to off. I
posted this question on Zend Forums months ago and did not realize someone
had responded. I didn't check until this morning. This presents another
issue. I am not that familiar with the "HotBackup" directive. Should we
have this turned on in production? It sounds like something we might need,
but then again, I have to believe the HTTP Server will automatically
replace the jobs that fail abnormally whether this is on or not. I hope
someone more familiar with this directive can shed light on when you need
it and when you don't.
