db2_open from WAMP

HELP!!!

I think I have asked this before,
but has someone got the DB2_xxxx (connecting to System i) commands working from windows?

I am trying to config PHP to load the php_ibm_db2.dll, but
it can't find the "specified module"...


Out on the web I see examples of actually downloading DB2 onto the WAMP pc, but that doesn't seem to be what I want.

Has anybody done this?
