properties file again

Our EJB application uses the FileInputStream class to load the
properties file and it seems to be having problem finding our properties
file. We put our properties file in the EJB module jar file. This EJB
is deployed into the websphere express server. Does any one know where
should I put this properties file for our EJB app to see it?
