Outlook is already a convoluted user interface - then you add CRM on

Really funny you bring that up. There's a webcast I was listening to
this very morning about OBAs (Office Business Applications). It's a
three parter that looks at Epicor's solution, but the first part (only
one I've listened to completely) is about the business case. Might be
worth a listen to.
