Good idea. Now, if I only had a place to define the scope, layout the list of tasks, assign a development team, schedule meetings pertaining to it, track progress, record time against, make notes, maintain a history ...
Then after the application is complete, having a place for customers to download the software, installation procedures, and documentation.
Then after it's deployed, having a place for customers to record bugs, and for product managers to enter work requests to fix them, and to track that history, and having a place for downloading fixes ...
And after the application is use at say 10,000 schools across the country, having a place for users to discuss it, and ask questions, and search the forums for answers, and to log and follow-up on customer support calls.
Wait a minute ..., who am I to be thinking big? Maybe I'm just stuck on the subject of CRM.
