Of course, if you're saying that you've got one license and you'd like to run it in numerous VMs... well I can see the problem. :-For some reason our IT-department does not like to give me an Enterprise
key or a list of XP licenses for my use only. No idea why.
Basically I want to have a number of quick spawnable and discardable
VM's. For now that is the easiest with a Linux distribution.
And vm's are the way easiest to have several applications running which
want to sit on port 80.
I then use BonJour/Rendezvous/avahi to allow me to forget everything
about having to remember IP-numbers or fiddle with DNS. That is really
nice.
