This sounds like a configuration problem. Please post you're your httpd.conf.

Subject: [WEB400] Publishing a Net Fusion created web site to the i5 Apache server
I use Net Fusion to create web sites. I like it; its simple and pretty
much bullet proof so far as I can tell.
I started an Apache server on the i5 using the GUI wizard at port 2001
and published my site to /www/mysite/htdocs. It works. Kinda. The
HTML displays just fine, but the hrefs to files in subdirectories does
not work. I get a Forbidden, and in the error log I see lines like this:
(3401)Permission denied.: ZSRV_MSG0019: Permissions on file
/www/mysite/htdocs/assets/images/BuiltWithNOF.gif deny server access
I have looked everywhere I can think of to fix this. What am I missing?
