<<What is not good about the WDSC converter?>>

sorry some mistakes, I've not mentioned anything about wdsc lack of features
in the converter, in fact I've not used this until somebody here mention it.

btw I think this would be a better approach if an CVTRPGFRE command where
available,

there are side comments in the tread.

Guillermo.

What is not good about the WDSC converter? Does it do SQL? I'm at an older
release, so I can't.

Oh, yes,, Joe Pluta mention it also,

but the "converter" is into "other" tools that moves the price to $995 or
$1495, I think a simple utility command CVTRPGFRE would be priced at 119
or
less and purchase from a lot (I hope) of developers.

About the Craig Tool (JCR5FREE, JCR4MAX) it seems to be promising, Would
be
nice if Craig coud improve it.
also their page http://home.alltel.net/craigru/jcr5free.html is a good
guide.

Linoma offer this capability as part of their RPG Toolbox - does a
darned good job.

There's also open source tools from Craig Rutledge at
http://home.alltel.net/craigru/index.html
but I have no experience with them.
