thought about starting a serious discussion of Microsoft technology
I fully understand that some (many) on this list dislike MS
technologies, but for those of us that have decided to use them, I would
welcome such a discussion. However, I would suggest that we move it to

Rather than creating a new instance of an object, you "new-it-up"
That's rather common in the .net parlance.
