Except for "advertising" and "repeated content", the list rules don't restrict vendors from responding, if I understand correctly. In fact, most of the respondents to this thread are vendors.

Just be prepared to give in-depth, insightful, truthful answers; since there may be a few willing to challenge them ;-)
