Dojo works very well for AJAX stuff and it's very easy to use.
It's pretty much the standard for doing AJAX calls.


I ran across one called "the ultimate AJAX object" or something like that in
some guy's blog. He even put a great explanation of how it works in it.

All I really needed was something that would allow me to make more than one
AJAX call at a time. This worked perfectly. And was very small and
compact. I fight enough with the "web designers" wanting to make
_everything_ an image and put them all over the page, want to keep things as
streamlined and fast loading as possible.
