Found it about 2 minutes ago. The person I have working on this project found this one. On a quick look it appears that the spell checking part is php based. The rest is all JavaScript and is multi-browser which looks exactly like what we want. I don't have a problem running php server side to support this, just don't want to go to the work and then not have it work with websphere java apps.You may want to have a go at Quercus which is a PHP-engine written in Java. Then you can probably keep it all in WebSphere without having to install a seperate webserver with PHP.
