Basically, it comes down to how IBM chooses to package up their PTF's. All of these items are related and there can be PTF's for any of these four items in any of those four groups. Doing those four together has been recommended for a very long time. BTW, if you have WAS, its group includes the DB, HTTP, and Java groups.
