Andy,
Please visit http://www.zend.com/support and on the bottom left side of
the page, under the "Submit a Support Ticket" heading, select "Zend
Core" from the pull down menu. Submit your question to support.
Although this really isn't a Zend issue I will inform support to look
out for your question. Thank you.
I appreciate the offer. I'd take you up on it if I could get in. I have two different accounts, both locked out. When I go to retrieve lost password, it tells me that the request is already processing but I never receive an email. With a double sided 8x11 sheet of paper covered in web ids/passwords, I'm loath to create more. Once I started turning the paper sideways to fit in more of the damn things I pretty much decided that I was spending way to much time feeding other people's marketing datamarts. You have a great product, and I can't fault you for requiring user ids/passwords. At this point in life I'd rather go elsewhere.

I think the only time I saw this was when I attempted to untar a gzipped
file without unzipping it first. Once I had extracted the tar file, it worked fine.
I'm installing directly from ZCORESAVF with RSTLICPGM. I don't know where I could insert myself to handle the tar/zip file.........
