The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Hi Folks, if anyone has completed this upgrade I'd like to talk to you for a few mins to learn what file(s) are needed on the Windows side of the upgrade.? I've downloaded C8471ML for the win piece but my boss told me that C8476ML might have to be installed also...but it's suppossedly a documentation file. When I check C8476ML there are objects in it other than docs.? So, I go to the passport advantage folks to verify if I should install it and they say call support.? I call support and they say talk to passport advantage.? Me...I don't want to screw up the upgrade.?
Anyone wanna talk about this??
I also want to find out if it's possible to run a save to go back to a restore point in case the upgrade doesn't work.?
