What it's telling you is that it's not configured to display a directory
list for /OP/recalls. Is there a file in that directory with the same
name (both name and extension) as what you have in the DirectoryIndex?
If not, that's your problem.

If that's okay, take a look at the HTTP error log. It may list what
caused the problem in it.
