The parameters should probably be defined as Output only since I'm not
passing anything in. I just changed them to I5_OUT but the end result
is the same.

I'm expecting a number and a company name. Not "var_1" and "var_2". ;)
The procedure is essentially going to a file to get a default record and
is then returning a numeric code (Parm1) and a description (Parm2).

In the forum post you say what you received - but not what you were
expecting! Also I don't see anywhere where you load the parms before
the call - i.e. there is no $prog->__set('Parm2', ... or are you just
expecting the subproc to fill them in?

I'm confused as to what you expect to happen.
