It started PCO, but nothing happens when I run the command - no error
messages either ? Says "Client Access/400 Organizer is already active
for device DSPO211", if I run STRPCO again.

Sure, there are several ways. If you're running Client Access the
simplest is probably to do a STRPCO at signon (or app start or whatever)
and then simply issue a strpccmd command when the commandkey is pressed.
The drawback to this is that the user will see a "dos box" flash, but
that's may not be a big deal.

To try it out do this:
STRPCO <enter>
STRPCCMD 'start http://www.cnn.com' pause(*no) <enter>

I have a BPCS Item Master Inquiry screen loaded. It is possible to have
a Command Key which will go get and load up a URL (which is actually a
PDF DRAWING for the part number on the Inquiry screen - I have a
working net.data macro to display drawings).
