Apache settings to kick out a user

When a user logs in ok when using AuthType Basic and he is done, I
want to log him off and not depend on him doing it.

I can not find a directive, page to use, program to call, or string to
post that invalidates the current REMOTE_USER

Sounds soooo simple... I am sure it must be....

The problem is that the browser may cache credentials and not good for a Kiosk.

Would like to do this without recompiling apache or middleware.
Using standard iseries setup.
