Without a doubt. However, to meet Jon's request of what happens when the physical site goes down a single provider -- even with multiple upstream paths -- won't help. You'd need to establish yourself as your own AS (Autonomous System) and have servers in two datacenters. Then broadcast your AS path from each of those datacenters. -Walden
