Mark,

I can't be much help with the configuration of iSeries Access for the Web, but
one alternative that has been well received in K-12 Educational Institutions is
to retain their existing iSeries database, while incrementally replacing their
5250 applications with new ones, written in RPG, in a way that there's no
disruption to existing applications and reports, and no need for new hardware
or middleware, but users are more pleased with the additional features made
available through a modernization effort, including a browser-based,
AJAX-enabled user interface. I provide mentoring and tools.

yeah I saw that while doing upgrade, jsut trying to "buy" some time as they
seem "h### bent" on picking a "replacement" ASAP followed by at least an
18-24 month conversion and thats IF we stick with the same SW vendor and use
their "new and improved" .NET version running of course on MS and covnert
from the "native" RPG app........
