Yep, I noticed it wanting to auto download awfully fast after it came out. I use FF and IE, 7 now. I leave them both open when I head home each evening. EVERY night for the last week I come in and find IE 7 has crashed. No more then 7 tabs open and wanting to send an error report off to MS which I let it. It is having problems with the Flash add-in. When I first installed IE 7 and fired it up and hit our local newspaper site (indystar.com) IE 7 blew up saying I needed Flash. Popped up a recovery page in FF. But I thought that was REAL impressive that it couldn't just TELL you it needed it and go after it. Oh, no, just ab end too boot ! So I installed it and since I've done that it blows up every night saying there is a problem with Flash. Wow, guess MS didn't bother to test since Flash is such a small unused piece of software that hardly any site or person uses. <sarcasm> :-) So IE 7 with no more then 7 tabs blows up each night. FF with 249 tabs (not a typo and don't ask) just rolls along. 2GB of memory. Just an FYI. Microsoft has posted IE7 on their update website and for me it came up as a checked default to install. The masses may start getting IE7 installed soon.
