Mike, For typical AS/400 shops, there is no need to look any further than their current people. RPGsp includes numerous tools and wizards that allow a single developer to accomplish things that would require a team of programmers using other methods. And it often requires no special training or knowledge of CGI. I've found (through personal experience) that RPGsp is very similar in concept to the JSP methodology, and was able to learn it very quickly. 2 years ago, I had not even heard of the RPG language -- Yes, I'm afraid I'm one of those "green-haired kids". I've also had some experience with Java, and I think it's also a great language, but I have to side with RPG for database-driven web applications on the AS/400. I still think it's easier to find "green-haired kids" to implement what Joe is talking about. Mike E.
