There are about 72 things you have to do in a CGI program and configuration to
make it work. You do this once and then you're golden with all future CGI
programs.
While I don't use CGIDEV2 anymore, I do have some CGI program examples on my
website. While they use CGILIB (from RPG xTools) they do "work" the same way
CGIDEV2 works. So the calls to cgiGetVar() is similar to the call to CGIDEV2's
zhbGetVar().

The GET limit is around 4k but really isn't 4k.
The POST limit is unlimited.
