Can't find HTTP config file to edit (original) -- WEB400

Hi,
I can't seem to find an edit button from the admin screen and I can't 
remember where to go using wrklnk command to find and edit the config file 
on our HTTP (original) server.  Someone please remind me how to find this 
thing.  Thanks!
