Does anyone have any suggestions or gotchas to look for?

I did that very recently to our server. The main thing I had to find was from the WAS Admin console -> Environment -> Virtual Hosts -> OurHost -> Host Aliases -> New alias on port 443. That lets WAS know to monitor the HTTP traffic on that port as well as 80.
