John,

You just have to set up the HTTP server for SSL. It will continue to
talk to WebSphere just like it does today.

Subject: [WEB400] SSL for WAS 5.0

We're about to add SSL to our web server that runs WAS 5.0 (not WAS
Express). I'm comfortable with adding SSL to the HTTP server but have
not added SSL to WAS before. Is there a good quick ref guide available?
Does anyone have any suggestions or gotchas to look for?

If it matters, the cert is from Verisign and we're using the 2058 Crypto
Accelerator. The 2058 has already been configured (disgustingly easy).
OS is V5R3 CUM6045, SF99287 (WAS 5.0 Base) is at Group PTF level 13 but
will be made current in about 3 weeks.

Thanks,
