Use %0A for linefeeds.

A mailto: string may be up to 256 characters in length, and supports the
following parameters:

TO
Specify the email address(es). If more than one, separate them with a comma.
Normally this parm is not used, because it is implied in the mailto:
variable.
CC
Name of the CC line of the email. Again, if more separate them with a comma.
BCC
Name of the blind copy recipients. Again, if more separate them with a
comma.

SUBJECT
Type the text for the subject-line of the email message.

BODY
Type any text for the contents of the body of the message. You can add
linefeeds to the body by including the encoded linefeed symbol, %0A anywhere
in the body text.

For example:

<a href="mailto:bozo@xxxxxxxxx,
support@xxxxxxx&CCbobcozzi@xxxxxxxxxxxxx&subject=You are a winner&body=These
are the times to remember%0ACause they will not last forever.%0AThese are
the days to hold onto,%0ABut we won't although we'll want to.">

Currently I've tried some derivatives of
<a href="mailto:sample@xxxxxxxxxx?Subject=STATUS Reservations - February
14, 2006&body=Company: &#013 &#011 Attendees:">Reservations</a>.
