Thanks for responding Tim:

My question however is: why I have to do that?  I thought that the 
"checkbox" logic is very straight forward: it requires to be "checked" in 
order to have a TRUE value.  My issue is that I do not know why is ALWAYS 
TRUE.

I have checked on the archives but I have not found anything yet about 
this issue and checking on other forums as well.  I am sure it might be a 
simple thing and I am extremely confused... :o(
