Take a look at the version 2 documentation at http://httpd.apache.org.
The InfoCenter also has this documentation in it but I find the
Apache.org documentation to be better. FWIW, if you're on V4R5, you're
pretty much SOL on controlling the log files.

My ACCLOG in library HTTPLOGS is quite large and I'd like to control

size a bit.  I cannot determine where in the Apache config this is done.
