David, I don't know about this... it seems that JSPs in particular are web-related. I know it's a fine line, but it seems that Java is more about the Java language itself, while questions about WebSphere and JSP (as well as Tomcat, Struts, PHP, CGI, and so on) could just as well be part of WEB400, especially since Mike is asking about project management issues. I don't know, I'm just thinking out loud.
