Context Parameters in WebFacing

In the Redbook entitled, "Mastering the IBM WebFacing Tool", around page
380, they list some parameters that can be passed in an URL script. Does any
one know if this list contains all the parameters that can be passed in an
URL? If this is not the case, where can I find the other parameters? I am
hoping to possibly use some of the other context parameters in the URL
script.
