Hi Bob, I use the latest version of MS FrontPage 2003, its cheap and easy. Prior versions of Frontpage were a pain in the a$$ with the 400 and CGIDEV2. I've also used HomeSite (love it) and Dreamweaver (too hard to use unless you're using it everyday). But since MS made Frontpage usable, I switched back to it. Just FTP the pages up to the 400 and you're good to go. I, of course switched to using RPG xTools' CGILIB over CGIDEV2 but both are fairly interchangeable. Meaning if you start with CGIDEV2 you can easily switch to CGILIB later on if you run into limitation or other issues. -Bob Cozzi -----Original Message----- From: web400-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:web400-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Bob Anderson Sent: Thursday, February 24, 2005 10:46 AM To: Easy400Group@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx; Web Enabling the AS400 / iSeries Subject: [WEB400] Just Starting to Develop Web Pages with CGIDEV2 Good Morning, Well I now have some time to really develop some things on my 400 and I would like to get some opinions on the best way to develop the HTML. What I mean is what is everyones preferred way of entering and loading all of the HTML to the 400.
