We just did the latest WebSphere Express 5.1 group for V5R1 and got it.

there's supposed to be a new look at feel to the browser gui WAS admin 
interface.
If you have loaded ptf's for ... with a hyperlink that goes to:

Well, I've got all those ptf's and I sure don't notice the new gui.
