was browser gui - new look and feel -- WEB400

According to

there's supposed to be a new look at feel to the browser gui WAS admin 
interface.
If you have loaded ptf's for ... with a hyperlink that goes to:
http://www-1.ibm.com/servers/eserver/iseries/software/http/services/service.htm

Well, I've got all those ptf's and I sure don't notice the new gui.
